Shayna Muench, RN joined Complete Care Management Partners in June of 2022 as a care manager, and was promoted to Quality Manager in January of 2023.  In her  current role as Quality Manager, Shayna is responsible for internal business projects and programs which aim to ensure quality/contractual/regulatory compliance.  Mrs. Muench has 17 years of quality healthcare experience focusing on care redesign and innovation, evaluating processes/policy, and working with interdisciplinary teams to improve care.  Shayna has extensive experience with NCQA along with CMS’s value-based care program (BPCI-A).  Shayna has a passion for working with others on transforming healthcare.

Prior to joining Complete Care, Shayna served as Director of Quality Care Integration for a large orthopedic group in central Illinois.  She led the bundled payment for care improvement initiative resulting in shared savings and improved outcomes for total joint replacements, spine surgery, and fracture care patients. During this initiative, she developed a prehab training/education program which resulted in decreased emergency department utilization after surgery, decreased post-operative complications, and improved patient satisfaction.

Shayna is a US Navy veteran and earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Capella University. In addition, Shayna is a Board-Certified Case Manager.  In her free time, Shayna enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Shayna loves hockey, traveling, working in the yard, volunteer work, and watching documentaries.
