Ashley Horton, MA, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor that started with Complete Care Management Partners in March 2021 as a Care Manager. During her time as a care manager, Ashley helped to improve the lives and quality of care for high-risk client-members. Ashley proved to be a vital asset to CCMP and was promoted to Engagement Team Supervisor in August 2021. As the Engagement Team Supervisor, Ashley was responsible for overseeing the call center, including working with vendor partners, creating team schedules, and monitoring the daily workflow. In January 2022, Ashley continued to demonstrate her worth as she was promoted to Integrated Care Management(ICM) Manager at CCMP, the positions she still holds today. She is responsible for overseeing a team of care managers, engagement coordinators, and administrative staff. Ashley works diligently to ensure that all contractual requirements are being met, her team has the tools to do their jobs effectively, and that true impacts are being made on client-members.

Prior to working at Complete Care, Ashley spent 10+ years in the social services field. Her experience ranges from education, to foster care, to managed care. Ashley’s previous experience in diverse settings has prepared her to excel at CCMP.  Ashley has previous supervisory experience which has helped make the transition to manager a smooth one. Her commitment, passion, accountability, integrity, and multicultural sensitivity is what makes her a valuable part of Complete Care.

Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Illinois University. She continued her education and received a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Illinois at Springfield. This educational background combined with Ashley’s refined skills, such as, organization, empathy, communication and being an active listener allows her to be an effective leader.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her long-term boyfriend, dog, friends and family, especially her nephew, Gage, and niece, Hadley! Ashley is an avid music lover and enjoys going to concerts and to watch her father’s band play. Ashley loves to travel and hopes to one day go back to Hawaii, visit The Maldives, and take a cruise to Alaska!
